Frequently Asked Questions
  • Can I make an appt for whenever I want?
We try to accommodate an agent's request, but we cannot guarantee it.
  • Can I tell the photographer what to shoot?
Of course! We will always ask you the shots you want included.
  • Can I have photos taken at night?
No, not on our standard packages. You will have to schedule a special shoot. They are $100 and up.
  • Can I have photos retaken because of bad weather or I did not like the time of day the photos were taken?
No. All photos are with current conditions.
  • Can I reschedule because of bad weather without a cancellation fee?
Only if it is at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • What if I am late for the appt with your photographer?
We wait 15 minutes after your set time. If no one arrives our photographer needs to move onto their next assignment. A $25 cancellation fee applies.
  • What if I do not like my photos?
We guarantee quality. Of course, every house is not perfect. So we can only do so much with what is provided. But if our photographer did not do their best job, we will schedule a reshoot. If you cannot use the photos and do not want a reshoot, you will not be charged.
When will I get my photos?
They will be loaded onto the MLS and emailed to you by 12noon the following day.
  • How long does the appointment take?
    Between 15-30 minutes.
  • Do I have to be there, or can my homeowner meet the photographer?
We prefer to have the agent there so we know they get the photos they want. But it is not required.
  • How about dogs on the property?
If possible, please have all pets restrained. Not only for safety, but for optimal photo quality. Doggies and kitties are cute, but are not usually wanted in the photos.
  • How about cars in the photos?
If there are cars in the driveway and no one to move them, we cannot control that. We can avoid any cars on the street. Same goes for debris out front. Remember to let your seller know what day we will be there !!
  • What size photos will you email me?
You will be sent 150dpi images. These will be good enough quality to use for brochures and any other advertising other than magazines. If you need our photos for magazines let us know prior to the shoot and we'll submit them in a higher resolution.
  • What kind of equipment do the photographers use?
    Professional series Nikon equipment.
